Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped using USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for USPS tracking updates after your package has been scanned into their system.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in USPS custody.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All tags must be attached (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

Items must be securely packaged and shipped back to us to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange eligibility.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mugs

  • Opened journals

  • Pens


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
